2) Once the e-mail message is open, locate the Actions icon under the Message tab.

This button will pop up while your email is sending. To recall an email, simply click “Undo” at the top-right corner of the email inbox. Due to synching delays, it may take a minute for it to show up. The message will be restored either to the Deleted Items folder or the folder that the message was deleted from.
